There are several reasons for
bloating of the stomach and the common cause is
Acid reflux/Gastritits/Dyspepsia
The best way to prevent the same is to have meals on timely interval
Preferred to have the break fast in large quantity and then followed by medium meal in lunch and mini meal for dinner
Avoid spicy food as much as possible
Avoid Coffee - as it is a gastric irritant
Do regular exercise/walking for 45 minutes and
meditation for atleast 48 minutes(which will relieve you from any stress-as stress also contributes to
gastritis)
Consume diet with plenty of fibre(green leafy vegetables etc) and drink plenty of fresh fruit juice, tender coconut and water
If I were your treating doctor would have prescribed some antacid tablets like
Ranitidine 150 mg hour hour before meals two times daily (morn and night) for 10 days
For your bad tail
bone pain, avoid sitting for a long time and take regular breaks atleast once in a hour and can apply local pain relieving gel like Diclofenac/Pyroxicam gel
Use soft pillow on the chair you are sitting
