This sounds a lot like dyspepsia or constipation. Dyspepsia is the presence of bothersome fullness, early satiety, and/or epigastric pain or bloating. If you have had any weight loss, difficulty swallowing, persistent vomiting, bleeding from the rectum or blood in the vomit, then I would see a doctor if I were you. otherwise, you can try to reduce the stress in your life. You can also try exercise, probiotics, try to avoid big meals, avoid tobacco, avoid alcohol, and avoid spicy foods.

For constipation issues, I would recommend trying to have a bowel movement every morning that is soft but not likely non-Liquidy. You can try MiraLAX for another laxative that you can get at any pharmacy or grocery store. Milk of magnesia is one of the best. Also you can increase your fiber in your diet with whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and bran.
