Hi, I'm 26 year old, was diagnosed in June as having Pop Liteal Syndrom , on both legs with blocked arteries behind my knees. Had surgery in july on left foot (they took out a vein from right hand and replace to left foot.), out of work all august, over two months I was in control of blood flow. everything was fine....... NOW in december was again for CONTROL, results was NEGATIVE, pulse disappeared. Two weeks ago I was for angiogram. at last visit to doctor, he said that he can not do the second surgery...I do not know what to do now ...my crazy pain come back...

Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
These symptoms are indicating circulatory problems in legs which are common in this age and there may be present atherosclerosis that obstructs blood vessels and causes pain and blisters to form. You should do Doppler ultrasound of the leg or CT angiography to rule out such obstructive changes and then it can be treated properly by medications or by surgical and radiological procedures. ALso, you should have aspirine 100 and have elastic stockings applied, and should avoid cold environment and long walks.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
