Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear Madam
Thanks for your query.
If a stress test was performed after first angioplasty? What is the degree of stenosis in second artery? If the patient has no limiting symptoms and high risk criteria are not present during stress test, patient may also be managed on medical therapy as prescribed by guidelines. However if he is symptomatic which limits his activities or stress test is positive with high risk criteria, angioplasty has edge over medical management. Do discuss with your cardiologist.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
