Suggest Treatment For Blocked Ear And Tinnitus With Numbness Of Face

My doctor has prescribed amoxilian antibiotic for a blocked ear with humming in my right ear and some slight numbness of the face, I have been on them for 7 days now and no improvement, he has now given me another weeks prescription. Should I worry about the time it is taking to get any improvement?

Hello,

I suggest you to consult with ENT. Maybe you need to remove earwax or take vitamin b supplements. I want to know if you take any other medication because it Is possible to be side effects of any medication.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
