Suggest Treatment For Blocked Ear

I have been suffering from a blocked ear for several weeks. My GP prescribed Loratadine tablets, rhinocort aqua, and sinutab. There has been no improvement what's so ever. I have always suffered with my ears and had very bad labarynthitus 18 months ago. My job involves traveling by plane for a 15min flight to other islands several times a week and I'm sure this is not helping the ear issue

blocked ear will be due to retracted tympanic membrane. when u r flying for the next time during take off and landing u should practice valsalva . this will help to unblock ur ear due to retraction and prevents further
as a home remedy u can do steam inhalations with decongestant thrice daily, and this helps a lot .
Do not use any ear drops until prescribed by an ENT surgeon
