Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have blocked ears which could be due to tendency to get wax impacted very soon, due to Eustachian tube dysfunction, due to enlarged adenoids or sinusitis could be one of the cause. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and go for thorough examination of nasopharynx to rule out above mentioned causes. and start treatment as per proper diagnosis. If nasopharynx is find out to be clear and without any symptoms then blockage of eustachian tube will be the cause and it can be confirmed by audiometry. Till then avoid excessive blowing. Do warm saline gargles. Put nasal saline and ear drops. Take tablet tablet levocetrizine with phenylephrine once at night and use nasal sprays as well.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
