Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose And Cough

Hello sir My problem is that i have cold allergy.frequently i suffer in nose blocking,heavy cough and feel shortage of breath.so my dr has prescribed me antibiotic,cough syrup,and foracort 200inhaler.but i dnt have asthema.so is it ok to have inhaler twice a day,though i dnt have asthama..

I can't say without knowing a containes of inhaler...
Broncholdialter drugs generaly use in inhaler to prevent a construction of your respiratory tract...
