Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose In Child

Hello doctor, my 8 months old baby boy is suffering from blocked nose for a very long time. Previously i am giving him nasoclear saline drops but now my peadiatrician suggested otrinose peadiatric nasal drops. Is it advisable to give this to an infant? ?
