Suggest Treatment For Blocked Right Ear With Impaired Hearing And Persistent Ringing

2 month long cold, now right Eustachian tube feels blocked ( right ear never hears clearly) high frequencies far lower sensitivity in right ear. Right ear area feels congested, not 2 months post cold without improvement, persistent ringing in right ear.

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of blocked right ear with impaired hearing and persistent ringing which seems to be due to Eustachian tube dysfunction.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles. Put nasal saline and ear drops. If symptoms persisting visit ENT specialist once and go for thorough examination and start treatment as per proper diagnosis. You should go for audiometry examination. Till then avoid excessive blowing. You should take tablet antiinflammatory levocetirizine with phenylephrine once at night and use nasal sprays as well.
