Suggest Treatment For Blocked Sensation In Ears After Sky Diving

I am 65 years of age and sky dived from 14,000 feet with free fall to 7,000 feet 5 days ago. I had pain in both ears whilst in free fall and now 5 days later no pain but one ear is still blocked and I m unable to equalise the pressure. I am using Otrivin nasal spray and Sudafed tabs with no improvement. What next ? Antibiotics?
