General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i do care for your concern.
Your history suggest more of an abscess rather than hemorrhoids.
As the latter cause intense pain and blood streaked stool.
I would advise
To start on antibiotic such as cefexime along with antacid for a full course of one week.
using antiseptic containing soap would add to the help.
in case of constipation laxatives can be administered.
If problem still persist physical examination may be needed.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Thank you.
I find this answer helpful
