Suggest Treatment For Blood Clot On The Penis

Hello. Email YYYY@YYYY Iv got an dark red coloured blood clot in inner skin of my penis. And its painful. It happen during making out with my partner yesterday, as she was giving oral. Now I am bit scared because its painful n that clot is big if little pressure goes on it, it starts paining. Please help me out from this.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The blood clot what you are having in the inner skin of penis could be caused due to mechanical injury during the act. Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Clean the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. You need to apply Heparin containing ointment or gel as a thin layer only on the lesion after drying.
3. Take anti-inflammatory analgesic medication like Ibuprofen after food.
Wear loose fitting underwear and abstain from sexual activities till the lesion heals completely.
By a weeks time, the lesion should heal and be back to normal.
