Suggest Treatment For Blood Filled Pimples On The Right Shoulder

I am a 44 year old woman, Caucasian. For the past several years I have had incredibly itchy blood filled pimple like spots on my right shoulder. This year it is on my left shoulder as well. This starts every September and last for about 2 months then goes away. Any idea what could cause this.

Hi,

As per your query you have symptoms of blood filled pimples on the right shoulder which seems to be due to skin allergy, heat generation leading to blisters and could be due to systemic infection.

Need not to worry. Pimples can be avoided by use of topical antibacterial clindamycin gel along with topical retinoid like Adapalene gel. You should visit a dermatologist once. For skin allergy, you should go for allergy tests that can be done to determine the source of allergen. Start treatment after proper prescription. Maintain complete hygiene. Wear loose cotton clothes.
