Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stool And Constipation

i have been having painful bowel movements with bright red blood being left on the toilet paper and sometimes in the toilet. also have a pulse sensation around the anus area in between bowel movements as well. the pain feels like it is focused in a particular spot slightly inside the anus while having bowel movements. is this anything serious or just hemmoroidal?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank you for your query

Your description of the problem point to a hemmorhoid. However, it is not to be taken lightly.
Other sources of bleeding and causes need to be excluded.

Add more Fibre, fruits and vegetables and increase water intake. Exercising for half an hour a day, at least, will help improve circulation. (if there are no contraindications for exercise)

I recommend seeing your physician right away to confirm diagnosis and prevent further reflecting.
If you have large quantities of bleeding (more than 30ml- 2 tablespoonfuls), or feel giddy, have severe abdominal pain, chest pain, please go to the ER.

Hope this helps. Please get back to us if you need any clarification.
Wish you good health
