Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stool

Hi, I am 39 yrs old. I have bright/light red blood threaded through my stool; none appears on the toilet tissue after I wipe. This has been occuring with each bowel movement. Mild constipation, but it relieves the more water I drink. I eat a high fiber, low fat diet. I exercise daily. No hx of haemorrhoids/piles.

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Your query being appreciated, certain common conditions are there that could cause the blood stain stool and it is pretty common and due to this hemorrhoid and fissure taking place, second is diet, else for the differential diagnosis it required several tests and investigation, but constipation could be the cause and rule out the fissure and hemorrhoid you have to go for clinical examination hope this information helps.
