Painless
hematuria is mostly due to one of the following reasons
1) Mass(Tumor) either in kidney or bladder
2) Infection of the bladder .
It needs to be investigated thoroughly by consulting a qualified
Urologist..
Please get following basic tests done before you consult your urologist
1) Urine Routine and culture
2)
Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) C.T Scan of abdomen
Urologist will carry out endoscopic Examination of bladder (
Cystoscopy).
In the mean while take antibiotics like
Ciprofloxacin twice daily with homeostatic agents like Botrophase twice daily .
Ensure to drink more water to prevent clot formation in bladder .
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
