my grandaughter is 3 and she has bluish red swolen gums , fever and druling because it hurts for her to swallow and apparently her 2 year old cousin had the same thing about 5 days ago and they were sharing drinks according to her mother while they were on vacation. what could it be? my daughterinlaw thinks it might be some form of herpes.
