Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain symptoms of
swollen gums,
high fever, blisters in mouth and throat seems to be due to HERPETIC GINGIVO-
STOMATITIS which is characterised by inflammation of different mucous membranes of the mouth along with formation of blisters and swelling and inflammation of gums along with chills or mild to moderate fever..
Toddlers of this age group are more susceptible to this infection..
I would suggest you to consult a Paediatrician and get her evaluated a
blood test and oral swab culture will be done for confirmation..
She can be advised
antiviral medications along with anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen can be taken..
Give a soft and cool diet..
Avoid spicy,hot,sour and hard foods..
Do cool compresses over the gums..
Give warm fluids in abundance and ample of rest..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
