Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision And Headache

Hi, My wife just experienced pixelated vision yesterday that lasted about 30 minutes. No migraine but a slight dull head ache. Can you tell me what the pixelated vision is? She wears prescription glasses but has never experienced anything like this before. Is t here a name for this, treatment, reason to be concerned? Please let me know. Thanks, JE
