Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision Due To Low Astigmatism

last week all of a sudden i experienced blurred vision. my left eye bit more but the rigt one too. i gave it a few days as i thought it might go away but as it didnt i visited an ophthalmologist. I was told there that it is a very low astigmatism.
nevertheless what i dont know is;
1 is it normal for something like that to happen so suddenly?
2 Perhaps it is psudomyopia?
3 Some times it feels more blurry than others.
any ideas?
