Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision

Hello, I had a sudden onset of many new floaters and was diagnosed with pvd. This past October . Today I now have a large( perhaps about 1/4 of my eye ) dark semi circle in the upper right portion of that Sam pvd eye. When I close my eye the circle is white and I open my eyes it is black. It does disappear if I look toward it. When I move my eyeball it will move toward the center of my vision. I can see it out of my peripheral vision but i am not missing vision peripherally just seems a blurry. Sometimes for a few seconds the circle is gone but the vision remains a bit blurry almost like there is a smudge on my contact lense... But the dar circle comes back. My vision does seem less clear but that could be a bit of over thinking:/
