Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision

Hi,so I was at work on Monday and sunddenly my vision got really blurred thats all I remeber until i came too they said I got real pale and passed out.When i awoke they were wiping the sweat off me,shortly after I was in the er my ekg came back saying I had rt arterial enlargment.What is the seriousness of this what does this mean?

Hi and welcome to HCM,
You have not mentioned your age and any preexisting medical condition.
From your description, it seems that your blurred vision was due to an syncope attack, which could be due to the abnormality in your EKG, which is suggestive of a Rt ventricular hypertrophy.
This means that your heart is not able to pump blood effectively thru your body. This may be serious, but it is better to consult an cardiologist at the earliest.
