Suggest Treatment For Blurry Vision And Difficulty Opening The Eyelids
Hi. I have difficulties opening my left eyelid in the morning or anytime I wake up at night. It also becomes blurry at times. There are no other symptoms. This started about a year ago but with very low intensity, but the intensity has been increasing over the last couple of weeks. Nothing has changed regarding my lifestyle, working hours, etc. Much appreciate your help. Regards, Sunny
If you find it difficult to open one eyelid when you wake up but it is fine the rest of the time, very likely it is nothing to worry. Generally, serious conditions remain stable all day. It might be good though to go and see your doctor and have a thorough physical examination including a neurological examination.
If all comes out normal then there is nothing to worry.
I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
