Suggest Treatment For Bodily Discomfort With Lot Of Symptoms.

When I stand too long I feel lightheaded, I have nausea, a feeling of extreme hotness (in my face, neck and forehead) , ringing in my ears, uncomfortable feeling in my heart, tunneled vision weakness, fuzzy vision, I am sick to my stomach, and i have pains in my lower back. Why does this happen?

hello and welcome.

fatigue , uneasiness and the various symptoms u are mostly due to systemic phenomenon eg anemia or an infection(viral) etc. LET ME KNOW IF U HAVE ANY FEVER AND ARE THESE EPISODES EPISODIC OR IS THIS CONDITION CHRONIC.

plz get the following base line investigations done

CBC
ESR
RFTS
LFTS
HBA1C
FBS
URINE AND STOO R/E


LET ME KNOW WHEN THE RESULTS ARE BACK.

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that avoid standing too long and better to get done the hemoglobin test, along with that cardiac evaluation is also helpful, you have not mentioned your age and gender here, take care and have a nice day.
