Hello,

Your son should see a doctor. Electrical shock can cause damage to the muscles and internal organs that are not visible to the eye, especially to the heart.
Your son will need to be checked and make sure all is well. Electrical shock can damage some muscle fibers and increase toxins in the blood causing a hard work for the kidneys which may be affected in the first few days. He needs to drink plenty of water meanwhile to help the kidneys handle the overload they are having now.

I hope I have answered to your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
