Suggest Treatment For Body Aches, Fever And Abdominal Pain
I have been weak for over a week, head hurts, night sweats, body aches and chills, fever, and horrible abdomen pan(all over, sometimes very sharp on the left). wondering if I should go to ER at this point since I seem to be getting worse not better. oh and have no appetite, and diarrhea.
I think you should get medical attention soon. I believe a gastrointestinal infection is going on and you may need to get treated. Go to doctor to get checked doing a stool culture. You can use acetaminophen for headache and fever. If diarrhea is severe and you can't handle it you should take loperamid. Using probiotics found over the counter such enterogerina may also be useful.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
