Suggest Treatment For Body Aches, Headache And Chills

I had really bad body aches mainly down my spine and a heating headAche felt like a really bad headache I could barely move because of the body aches and chills. This only lasted for a few hours and then I felt fine. What happened to me?? Is this normal?

Hello,
The complaints you mentioned are very non specific. If it just lasted for sometime and then you were back to normal then you don't have to worry about it. If it occurs from time to time intermittently in a periodic fashion then you must consult a phyaician to perform tests and find the cause.
Body pain of musucular origin like a muscle pull can be effectively treated with OTC medications like Tylenol or ibuprofen that has to be taken after food.
