Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your father's symptoms of light headadness blurred vision body pain vomiting at 70yrs of age I am suggesting that he is gradually developing a stroke episode

In view of this please check his blood pressure and do the following test

Chest x-ray
ECG
EKG CT scan
Serum electrolytes
Fasting blood sugar
Urine toxicology for Illicit drugs

Meanwhile please see a neurologist specialist with the results and for further expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

Meanwhile let him take the following pending his appointment
