General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Boils or lumps on the vaginal area can occur due to infection. A cyst or an abscess can cause fluid collection. Avoid using irritants like vinegar. Antibiotic creams should be applied after cleaning the area. Your age and menstrual history has not been mentioned. Kindly check your blood sugar levels. You may need to visit your gynaecologist for a thorough clinical examination.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
