I've had reoccuring boils behind my ears just recently.(had one many years ago got a fever and had it lanced..i use to be on meds for acne before that) My left ear is actually on the back of the ear lobe and the right one is where the ear meets the head. Because ive had them drained before years ago now if they get big enough the old area where the doctor made the incision they will pop and drain.
However it seems everytime i wear earphones(that cover the whole ear) they come back in a week or 2. Would a doctor even beable to help or would they just drain it like they did last time?
Dear just check any post auricular sinus for continue boil same area for a long time. Use tab. Amoxillinclvulinate 625 thrice a day for 5days. Maintain good hygiene, keep area dry. Still symptoms persisten you need to consult your doctor he will send Pus for culture and sensitivity and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions please feel free to ask.
