Suggest Treatment For Bone Marrow Contusion
I went to the ER over the weekend... I fell on my ankle, they said i sprainded my ankle, put a brace on it and gave me cruches. The next day I fell on it again. I called the ER to see what my X-Rays said bone marrow contusion , What is some treatment for this? Since I fell on it again, now its hard to move, has tingling. and is very puffy.

You have sprained your ankle again so you must keep splint it for minimum 2 week, then as pain permits start mobilization.
