Suggest Treatment For Bone Pain And Cough

Hi i am a 24 yr old female.Some years ago,i had bone pain and my serum alkaline phosphatase came around to be 1 lakh.The doctor did the gamma globulin test and nothing came out.He gave me vit.D tablets.Now recently i had cough,and my ESR came out to be 59.Do i need to be worried?

Hello,

ESR is a non-specific marker and can be elevated in mild inflammation as well. Your cough could be due to upper respiratory tract infection. So your ESR elevated. If you have no other complaint than no need to worry. You can consult physician once for examination.
