Suggest Treatment For Breast Cancer That Spread To Lymph Nodes
My aunty has possible stage 2B breast cancer (ie the tumour, according to her test results, is approximately 5cm and has spread to her auxillary nymph nodes).
Where do I go from here? She had a sitting with Dr Rufina Sumroo of Liaquat National Hospital Karachi eight mongths ago who advised her to take her breast out. Now that the cancer has grown from 3.6cm to 4.9cm do you think her lymph nodes will have to go too? What are her chances of survival? Apart from surgery will she need radiotherapy and chemo?
And how do I convince her on getting the surgery done?

Maybe in this stage the chemotherapy first it will be preferd for the mase siryknage first and than surgery with lymph nodes removal
The follow treatment will be decide after the result of final biopsy
