Suggest Treatment For Breast Cancer

My wife is going through treatment for breast cancer. She started chemo therapy in April 2010 and finished chemo at the beginning of August 2010. For the time she was receiving chemo therapy, her ovaries shut down and she did not have any periods. About a month ago she had her first period since chemo. The period was heavy and lasted for one week. A week ago she started having a very light period with dark brown blood. Now it has stretched to a second week and has become very very heavy. She soaks a tampon every 2-4 hours sometimes with clumps of blood and soaked through her clothing last night. Should she be concerned?
