Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I HAVE PAIN IN MY BREAST I had to wear a back brace that made the breast sore, such as brusing pushing up into the breast. I had to stop wearing the brace because of the breast pain. It has been 2 months and the soreness is not better.. went to the doctor last week she ran sonogram type test. But everything checked out O.K. Is there any product on the market to help this soreness. ?
Hello. i just saw your query. I would suggest you to do cold fomentation. This will help you to a better extent. If your sonography is OK, then there is nothing to worry about. You may be able to relieve breast pain by using nonprescription medicines also like 1. Acetaminophine 2. Ibuprofen 3. Aspirin
You may be able to prevent breast pain, tenderness, or discomfort by wearing a sports bra . It is important that the sports bra should fit properly. It should keep the breasts almost motionless and allow them to move together with the chest, not separately. It is important to replace your sports bra as the material stretches and become less supportive.
I hope the above mentioned guidelines helps you. Wish you a speedy recovery
Thanks Dr. Tripat Mehta
