Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficult And Clear Sinuses

For the last 4 weeks I have had a cold which does not seem to want to get better. I had a x-ray done on my sinus, but it showed that it was clear, however, I am having difficulties breathing and my sense of taste and smell seems to be affected by this. It is worse when I go outside and when I am exposed to a cold location.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having chronic rhinitis giving all these symptoms.
There is also possibility of having Daviated Nasal Septum as well.
Put some decongestant nasal drops and take some decongestant medicine for few days.
Take Vick vapor inhalation.
Avoid cold, dusty and humid atmosphere.
Ok and take care.
