Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficulty And Blue Discoloration Of Nails

He has a hard time breathing where he is physically lifting/carrying items also does drinks beer daily and I have noticed nails a grayish to blue. Is a very serious smoker. How bad is the beer on this problem?

both beer and smoking is bad. you are having vasoconstriction leading to cynosis.decrease both increase physical activity. exercise to remove vasoconstriction. can take peripheral vasodialater like comp lamina.
