Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficulty And Sore Muscles
Chest muscles hurting, so are muscles in buttocks, isolated points on middle of back and shoulder blade tip, bottom and top of feet, slight difficulty breathing normally - all getting progressively worse over a long period but, seeded up in last few days.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. I suggest using muscle relaxants such as Baclofen three tablets a day.
