Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficulty Caused Due To Chest Congestion

Hello Doctor, am facing difficulty in breathing as flum has increased in my chest. I have got 2 cough syrups, 1) Ambrodyl Syrup and benadryl DR. Could you suggest me the best option ? Also I have fever and cold for that am taking Dolo (paracetomol) and cetzine.

First of all get ur xray chest and pulmonary function testing done .as you have fever also so there might be some infection you need to take antibiotic also either moxyclav 625 thrice a day or azithro 500mg once a day and syrup ambrodryl-s 2tsf thrice a day
