Hi,
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here

as you already have finished the course of amoxicillin and taking antihistamine drugs for your allergy and sinusitis and still having problem in breathing i would strongly recommend to visit an ENT surgeon to further evaluate the problem

an ENT surgeon will have a close look into your sinuses as well as throat to rule out any signs of allergic asthma and in that case he may prescribe bronchodilators medicines such as montelukast along with antihistamine to ease your breathing
apart from this you should regularly do warm saline gargles and avoid any know allergen which seems to trigger your problem

so finally i would strongly suggest you to see an ENT specialist to further evaluate the problem

I hope it help
