Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficulty While Having COPD

I have been using Albuterol Sulfate for one week and now my Dr has prescribed Budesonide Inhalation Suspension. I have COPD and emphysema. Not at a last stage, oxygen runs 90 to 92 wo Oxygen I still am active with some breathing problems but i do not want to get dependent on something i do not need now a and do not want to mix meds, The dr I am seeing is a family medical Dr. Not Pulmonary. Advice Please

in this problem consult pulmunologist for examination take opinion regarding medication.it is obstructive lung disorder. you needbronchodialatorlike bronchodyl and oxygen with positive pressure.
