Suggest Treatment For Breathing Issues And Swelling In The Mouth

I had an allergic reaction to something unknown. Trouble breathing, slight swelling of mouth, red eyes. This happens every now and then. Took benadryl, pepsid, inhailer as always. When symptoms went away this time I was lft with fluid filled seperation of the white of both eyes. It bulges out when I try to close my eyes. Don t know what to do.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction. I recommend using daily antihistamines such as Levocetirizine daily.

If the symptoms continue I suggest using steroid shots as prescribed by your doctor. I recommend using Calamine lotion for local application.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
