Suggest Treatment For Breathlessness And Excessive Mouth Watering

I have been having difficulties breathing, excessive mouth watering, I am consistently spitting, I have difficulties breathing when I am speaking and it does not seem to get any better with the medication I am taking. I have taken predinosone prescribed by the doctor, Nasal spray, Advair, and I have a nebulizer. I am also tired a lot

The probable causes include anaemia, cardiovascular dysfunction, functional causes etc. A detailed physical examination and few basic investigation like blood routine will help us in clinching the diagnosis. Kindly see a physician for the same.
