Suggest Treatment For Breathlessness And Nasal Congestion
Hii... for the last few months i feel difficulty in breathing and its like my noses are blocked.. i have identified that my sense of smell is almost gone .. and i feel like i am always having a cold. Runny nose and all.. and yeah snoring. . My parents says i snore like an old granndpa... i am 19 now... one night two sides were blocked and i couldnt breath and felt like....well i was scared to death. . When ever i take a shower or on my AC i feel the same way... and yeah... i have had changes in my vision too .what could this be.?. should i consult a nearby doctor? Is this a serious issue? As a first line management you can try over the counter available nasal decongestant drops like xylonetazilone for symptomatic relief. Do steam inhalation also. If symptoms persists better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
