Suggest Treatment For Broken And Dislocated Ribs
I have 7 broken and dislocated ribs from a fall and was hospitalized for a week. The ribs are 4 through 10. The rib directly under my breast feels like something is moving around inside and cramping and painful even though I ve been resting and on pain medication. Is this normal? What is the moving sensation from?

Consult a thoracic surgeon and get evaluated. A rib fracture is generally managed conservatively and no surgical fixation is required in most of the cases.
