thank you for your query....
well nose bleed may be due to various reasons...
most common of those are
1.local reasons which dont seem the cause here
2.vascular reasons like
high blood pressure etc
3.lung causes
now there are a few points i would like to know before prescribing medicine....
are you hypertensive?
is your blood pressure under control?
since when do you have bronchial asthma? how severe is that?
do you have acute attacks frequently?
what medicine are you taking recently?
anyways now a days prophylactic treatment for bronchial asthma remains inhaler puffs and oral medications depending upon the severity...also get a chest xray pa view done...that would reveal the present scenario...and also get a
complete blood count and an allegry profile done...
inform me about these reports and questions and i can provide you with medications you need to take....
however if acute nose bleed happens severely, you should waste no time and consult a doctor immediately...
hope this was useful....
