Suggest Treatment For Bronchial Lesion

What does it mean when it says... IMPRESSION: Increased bronchial markings seen in the right upper lung. Underlying brochial lesion is suspected. CLINICAL HISTORY: Hemoptysis FINDINGS: Cardiomediastinum is unremarkable. Slightly prominent bronchovasvular markings are seen in the right upper lung. The rest of the bronchovasvular Mr kings are unremarkable. There is n focal infiltration nor caviar lesion. There is not pleural effusion or thickening. Osseous structure and soft tissue are unremarkable. Please explain this. Thank you in advance!

Hello,

There is a suspected lesion in the airway. An HRCT thorax is required to get a better clinical picture. Consult a pulmonologist and he will direct you accordingly.
