Suggest Treatment For Bronchitis And Hearing Loss

I have been diagnosed with SLE & recently had a severe case of bronchitis & approx 1 wk later right hearing loss. I saw an ENT he put me on 60mg of prednisone for 1 week, then decreasing weekly. I am slowly regaining my hearing and hoping it will come completely back. Is there anything else that I can do to ensure my full recovery?

It is the best possible treatment which you are taking and it is fortunately working good too. Just stick to it. Bronchitis, pharyngitis, sinusitis all may lead to hearing problems or ear infections. It is all interrelated because throat has a connection with ear through eustachian tube.
