Suggest Treatment For Brown Hairless Spots On Legs
I think I might have parasites, but test done in the past were negative. I have round hairless spots on my legs there it feels like something moving under my skin. I have a lot of stomach problems extreme bloating, diarrhea, constipation. I have trouble sleeping. I swear sometimes i cough up 2 to 3 inch clear worms. No one is taking me seriously. I don t have insurance don t qualify for Obamacare or Medicaid. I am always tired and lately have been craving protein and sugar. I lived in Jamaica (non tourist area) for about 3 years. Please help.
Round hairless spots on legs can be associated with folliculitis which is a condition in which hair follicles become inflamed. It's usually caused by a bacterial or fungal infection. If you are coughing clear worms then there is definitely worm infestation which is causing stomach upset too. I would suggest to get your stool examination done and start with appropriate anti-helminths as soon as possible.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Manreet Benipal, General & Family Physician
